North Texas Black Restaurant Week is back for another taste. It kicks off on June 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with an event at Southwest Center Mall(3662 W. Camp Wisdom Road, Dallas) and continues from June 19-25 at participating restaurants. The inaugural North Texas Black Restaurant Week will be June 13-19, showcasing more than 30 of the best restaurants, caterers, food trucks and scratch kitchens. The Kick Off will feature caterers, bakers and specialty kitchens from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 11 at the Magnolia Lounge in Fair Park. The event is free and open to the public, but parking will be $10 in Fair Park lots.
Participants include The Urban Brunch Co., The Bearded Chef, Chef in Heelz, A La Carte Catering and Cakes, Kessler Baking Studio, A Fresh Approach, Soulgood and Roots on Tap. Some Pertinent Links: |
